I know you're going want proof this is real just as I did when I did when I started, so read on for the full explanation of how it works and proof that you can get an iPad, or any other gadget you want for free.

How can it be free?

When you sign up, you are invited to take part in an offer. Let's use the example of the LoveFilm 2 week free trial. Let's say you complete this offer by signing up for the trial, and invite a number of friends to do the same. LoveFilm pays the freebie site around £25 for each new customer it gets to sign up for the trials, so for you and you're 5 friends, this gets the freebie site around £150. This is easily enough for the freebie site to send you an iPod nano (in this case) and still make a nice profit. And the great thing about it is all your friends can then invite their friends, and they'll also get a free iPad/gift of their choice.
